I ordered a personalized gift from gifts.com and it turned out better than I was expecting. You know how sometimes customized stuff can feel a little cheap in person? This didn’t. The material felt really solid, and the engraving was super clean. My friend loved it, which was the main thing, and now I’m kind of thinking I should’ve ordered something for myself too. Shipping was normal, no issues there. I’d definitely order again.

I was able to get it canceled eventually, but it took some waiting and wasn’t as quick as I expected. I also wish the instructions had been clearer from the start so I knew exactly what to do.

The name came out looking right, which was nice, but the date was wrong?? Not sure how that happened, but overall it was mostly okay.

Overall, it was okay, but I felt like the updates came a bit later than I expected. The communication was fine, just not as clear or timely as I would’ve liked...

I ordered a birthday gift from gifts.com, and I was mostly paying attention to the final total because I’ve had other sites sneak in extra fees before. The amount charged matched exactly what I saw at checkout, including shipping and tax, so that was a relief. The receipt email took a little longer than I expected to show up, but the billing itself was correct and there were no random charges.

My order did eventually show up, but the tracking info was confusing. It didn’t update until late, so for a while I wasn’t sure what was going on. It made the delivery feel a little misleading, even though the package arrived in the end.

I was a little worried I might get fooled by a low price, but the gift turned out really cute. The price felt fair, and I’m happy with what I got

The engraving looked really good, clean and easy to read. There was, like, one tiny mark on the edge, but honestly… overall I’m happy with how it came out...

I ordered a birthday gift for my sister, and just from my point of view, the presentation was really nice when it showed up. The box looked clean and neat, and the ribbon wasn’t crushed or messy like I’ve had happen with a few other places.
The little card was placed nicely too, which I appreciated. Nothing about it felt cheap or like it had been thrown together in a hurry, and when my sister sent me a photo before opening it, it looked ready to give as-is.
My only regret is that I probably should’ve picked a better message for the card, lol. But overall, I thought the presentation was great and it definitely made the gift feel a bit more special.

I needed a replacement and it was easy enough, they didn’t make it a whole thing or give me any hassle, just took care of it and that was that.

I just wish the promo code box wasn’t so picky, but in the end I was happy with the order.
